For in-stock electric bicycles and accessories, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Processing may be extended during holidays, and shipping times may be delayed during peak order periods. Once your order is processed, your electric bicycle will be shipped via ground transportation through logistics channels such as UPS, DPD, GLS, DHL, or GEL. Additional batteries purchased may be shipped separately from other items in your order.
