The serial number of HITWAY electric bicycles is located on a sticker attached to the electric bicycle.
In addition to the serial number, each electric bicycle has a frame number. The frame number is located at the front of the bike.
For electric bicycles manufactured before 2024, you may find the frame number on the left pedal and the bottom of the bike.
